This museum has a collection of Dr. Dinkar G. Kelkar (1896–1990), and is named after and dedicated to the memory of his only son, Raja. The collection has 20000 artifacts collected personally by him over 60 years period, which recollects the historic Indian culture and traditions. There are several galleries and 42 sections, each dedicated to specific genre of artefacts including textiles, wood works, metal works, musical instruments and more. The museum offers a metaverse tour in addition to the regular visits.
