Abhijit Chaubal’s wooden creations at Nehru Centre

Artist Abhijit Chaubal has organized a grand exhibition-cum-sale of his hand carved creations of wooden wall hangings at the Nehru Centre art gallery. The exhibition was inaugurated by Hon. Shri Rajiv Mishra, Director of Art, Maharashtra State and Principal of Sir J J College of Architecture, University of Mumbai on 30^th May 2023.

Abhijit Chaubal is alumnus of J J Institute of Applied Art and has 35 years of experience as Graphic Designer in the field of Advertising and Print Media. Was Director at Design Den Media Pvt. Ltd. from 2005 to 2019. Inspired by modern laser and CNC technology, he has designed wall murals using MDF as medium. He has explored various elements including masks, faces, symbols and calligraphy in his creations. His masterpieces have brought grandeur to various corporate houses and residences.

The exhibition will be open to visitors from 30^th May to 5^th June 2023, between 11 am and 7 pm.
