About the artists:
Aniket Deshmukh: A platform for unspoken feelings, thoughts, and sensations: Aniket Deshmukh’s abstract art explores the depths of human psyche and cosmic mysteries. Through colors, forms, and textures, he invites viewers to embark on an imaginative journey and engage with the intangible.
Anuja Paturkar: For her, abstraction is an emotional and spiritually rich visual expression where colors transform into unique forms, conveying their distinct energy, evoking both movement and stability while maintaining an indefinable essence.
Dipa Das: She has crafted a unique abstract art form, suffused with a serene radiance that exudes tranquility and purity. Drawing inspiration from the traditional concept of PANCHABHUTA (the five elements – Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space) as the constituents of the human body, she employs geometric compositions and subtle colors to create a three-dimensional illusion on canvas.
Karishma Wadhwa: Her ‘OPUS’ series captures cityscapes in abstract form, drawing inspiration from her global travels and aerial perspectives. The cities’ individual elements converge into a harmonious whole, reflecting her quest for identity and integration with her surroundings. Through this personal abstract oil painting series, she invites viewers to engage with and interpret it in the context of their own journeys.
Shruti Chawan: She believes that ‘every painting has a story to tell.’ She draws inspiration from the events, stories, and experiences in her life and the world around her. These impressions, often shapeless and formless, are translated into visual representations of colors and emotions in her abstract art.
Siddhesh Rane: He is a dedicated creator who focuses on the interplay of colors in his non-representational paintings. His work showcases unpredictable forms, surface depths, lines, and textures, creating vibrant compositions that resonate with viewers’ aesthetic sensibilities.
Smita Marathe: Observing life’s dilemmas, both spoken and unspoken, Artist Smita Marathe conveys her insights into human behavior and the contrasts of life through her abstract art.
Smita Srivastava: Her abstract visual language is a reflection of her emotions and experiences. She works with mixed media and collage, favoring soft palettes with a tranquil yet energetic presence. Her layered abstracts invite viewers into a serene and contemplative space.
