Art inspired by Nature

30th July, Mumbai – Visual artist Dipti Thakare Kadrekar is all set to captivate art enthusiasts with her solo exhibition, featuring a collection inspired by the simplicity and complexity of nature. The exhibition will take place at the prestigious Jehangir Art Gallery, located on Mahatma Gandhi Road, Kala Ghoda, Fort, Mumbai.

The inauguration will be conducted by Nilesh Bhagwan Sambare, Founder of the Jijau Educational & Social Foundation, on Monday, 31 July 2023, at 4 pm. The event promises to be an extraordinary gathering of art lovers and supporters of creativity.

Dipti Thakare – Kadrekar, a seasoned professional in the world of art, draws inspiration from the beauty of nature. Her works reflect the profound connection between nature and human emotions. She believes that inspiration can be found in the simplest of elements, such as a blue sky or the deep greens of a dense forest.

The focal point of her exhibition, titled “Vatsalya,” explores the profound bond between cows and calves, symbolizing the maternal instincts and affection shared in indian culture. Through her artistic journey of studying these magnificent creatures, Dipti has discovered a sense of peace and serenity that continues to inspire her artwork.

The exhibition will be open for public viewing from July 31 to August 6, 2023, between 11 am to 7 pm.
