Artists Support Organ Donation
Artists dedicated to the social cause of Organ Donation are coming together in a drive to support the cause, in a unique and artistic way.
The program will consist of a gathering of old and new painters to paint the walls of the Safale Crematorium, giving information and messages about organ donation. The prize ceremony of the previously held writing and painting competition on the same subject will also be held.
Jointly organized by Meenatai Madhukar Raut Kala Sankul and Chitrakar Rajashree Karkera – Apte Art Foundation, this event is aimed at creating awareness about Organ donation. It is in association with Safale Gram Panchayat and Pandit Rajguru Vidyalaya, Safale.
The program is scheduled on the holy day of Sarvapitri Amavasya, on 14th and 15th October 2023 at Safale, District Palghar. It will also be organized on 15th October in Palghar district.
Camlin Company is sponsoring the colors.
Organizers have informed that those who wish to paint on the crematorium walls along with these painters have to register in advance.
