‘Dialogues of being’ at Bikaner House

An exhibition titled “Dialogues of Being: Prophecies, Rituals and Memories of Everyday Life” has unveiled an ontological journey of artistic expression. Presented by Gallerie Splash, this extraordinary exhibition showcases a captivating collection of works by esteemed artists. Running from the 23rd to the 29th of June, 2023, the exhibition offers a profound exploration of the acts, rituals, and observations that shape our daily lives, inviting visitors to delve into the realms of existence, tradition, and introspection.

Curated by Satyajit Dave, “Dialogues of Being” serves as a guide for visitors on an ontological journey, revealing the interconnectedness between artists, their surroundings, and the human experience. Each artwork on display, utilizing various mediums, presents a unique narrative, shedding light on the significance of daily practices and memories in shaping our identities.

The participating artists represent a diverse range of talent, encompassing both renowned figures and emerging voices. Visitors can expect to encounter compelling works by renowned artists including Anjolie Ela Menon, Asit Bhatt, Bhajju Singh Shyam, Diptej Vernekar, F.N. Souza, Haku Shah, Haren Thakur, Jagdish Swaminathan, Jangarh Singh Shyam, Jyoti Bhatt, K.G. Subramanian, K.H. Ara, Lal Bahadur Singh, Laxma Goud, Manu Parekh, Madhvi Parekh, Mahavir Wadhwana, Nikhil Purohit, Rahul Chauhan, Ratan Parimoo, S.G. Vasudev, Santosh Jain, and Venkat Singh Shyam.
